Peggy,
It's been a while since I've
contacted you, and I wanted you to know how much I appreciated your
help with the whole yoga for golf concept. Last year I was eliminated
in the first round of match play at our club (28 handicap). This year
my handicap dropped to 21. I just won the C flight match play
championship, and my wife Barb and I won the couples match play, the
final match with my 81. Most of the credit goes to the mental game.
What a difference! Next year: B flight!

Hi Peggy.
I just won a golf tournament on
the weekend. Two weeks ago I shot
102. That tied my second worse round in 35 yrs. Two weeks later I shot
81 on a more difficult golf course with 14 ridiculous pin placements.
The combination of stretching
HEALTHY self talk and a solid golf swing helped me achieve that
result.The reason I'm telling you this is to let all your students know
if your practice is good there's no reason to doubt you can do it on
the course. Now if I could get someone to listen to me.
